The Field Sales Representative is r esponsible for sales of integrated solutions of the Promethean portfolio, including all Hardware, Software and Services. Manage the end to end sales process across assigned market. Share responsibility for customer satisfaction in the assigned sales territories or markets together with other functional team members. Uphold Promethean's brand image and reputation by maintaining the highest ethical standards and uncompromising integrity.
While Promethean is an established - well capitalized, zero debt - and recognized EdTech brand, this effort will feel like a startup with an entrepreneurial energy and spirit.
You will be responsible for :

• Financial targets set by the business are achieved within the assigned territory and exceeded if possible.
• Develops opportunities in assigned accounts.
• Provides day-to-day management of sales account activities within assigned districts.
• Participates with Business Partner (reseller) sales representatives in crafting customized solutions and strategies to meet the needs of customers.
• Work with Business Partners to present proposed solutions to customers.
• Works closely with Inside Sales counterparts regarding shared territory and establish roles and responsibilities for those accounts.
• Develops and grows customer relations in assigned territory as well as uncovers new opportunities.
• Maintains complete and timely documentation of account activities within assigned territory. (Salesforce)
• Provides accurate forecasting on sales opportunities within designated territory and provides regional sales managers with forecast reports. The right candidate has ---
  • 4 Year college degree preferred
  • Technical aptitude to demonstrate and explain new technologies to school districts.
  • 3+ years' experience selling technology solutions in Education market Key Success Factors
    • Exceeding quota
    • Meets company goals related to product mix and attach rates.
    • High customer satisfaction
    • Team player works well with internal resources and business partners in assigned territory
    • Excellent verbal, presentation and written language skills required for customer face to face interaction and follow up communications.
