The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to set competitive prices, and ensuring our pricing strategies comply with industry regulations and company goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of market dynamics within the agriculture and food service industries. Analyze market data and trends to assist in setting competitive pricing for all poultry products. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic pricing that aligns with business goals. Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions to ensure Koch Foods remains competitive. Prepare detailed reports on market analysis and pricing strategies for senior management. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to pricing in the agriculture sector. Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Understanding of the agriculture or poultry industry's market dynamics Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Certification in Pricing Strategy or Sales Management is preferred but not required.
