Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeroom Attendant to join our team at Bellisio Foods, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and communicating the flow of materials supporting maintenance, repairs, and operations (MRO).Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management:--- Order, issue, receive, and put-away inventory, ensuring accurate data entry in SAP.Compliance and Documentation:--- Verify authorization, compliance, and correct documentation for all transactions.Shipping and Receiving:--- Process material returns, internal or external, and arrange shipping as needed.Engineering Deliveries and Receipts:--- Coordinate engineering deliveries and receipts for projects and/or services.Reporting and Documentation:--- Maintain daily reporting to monitor performance and file related documentation.Customer Service:--- Deliver priority packages to customers and materials to storeroom spaces.Storeroom Maintenance:--- Maintain storeroom spaces, keeping them organized and clean.Indirect Purchasing:--- Handle non-inventory indirect purchase processing, totaling $10-$11M/year.Inventory Cycle Counts:--- Perform inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.Support and Liaison:--- Support buyers as needed, working as a buyer in-training, and serve as a liaison between the company, customer, and supplier.Additional Responsibilities:--- Perform all other duties as assigned or required.Requirements:--- High school diploma or GED--- Basic mathematical skills--- Ability to communicate with offsite vendors and internal personnel via phone and email proficiently--- Ability to type 30wpm, be proficient in Word, Excel, and SAP--- 6 Months purchasing experience, preferably in food manufacturing industry--- 6 Months as inventory or parts clerk, preferably in food manufacturing industryBellisio Foods, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
