their first shift operation.

team.Responsibilities:As a Production Supervisor on the first
shift, your key responsibilities will include:Team Leadership:
Motivate and lead a dedicated team of production workers during the
first shift, fostering a positive and collaborative work
environment.Production Efficiency: Oversee and coordinate daily
production activities, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to
quality standards.Quality Control: Enforce stringent quality
control measures to guarantee that our meat products consistently
meet or exceed industry standards.Safety First: Prioritize and
enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment
for all team members.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities
for process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and
enhance overall productivity.Inventory Management: Manage inventory
levels to meet production demands while minimizing waste and
ensuring timely stock replenishment.Documentation: Maintain
accurate production records, including reports and evaluations, to
support continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:Minimum
of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food
manufacturing industry.Thorough understanding of meat processing
operations, equipment, and quality control standards.Strong
leadership and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under
pressure.Dedication to safety regulations and fostering a safe
workplace.Proven track record of implementing process improvements
and optimizing production efficiency.Education:Bachelor's degree in
a relevant field (preferred).Equivalent combination of education
