NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Sr. Child Welfare Analysis to join our team in Jackson, Mississippi.



The Senior Child Welfare Analyst is responsible for providing Child Welfare domain and marketplace expertise, performing technical and needs assessments, assisting the State with analyzing solution alternatives, and developing gap analyses. The incumbent in this position will work under the direction of the Project Manager to interface with other team members and client contacts. Activities include reviewing the existing technical infrastructure and business environment, identifying current and future State needs, assessing how the CCWIS effort will meet the needs of the state, and providing reports and presentations of the findings to key State representatives.

Assist Project Manager with startup activities per direction
Prepare DEDs for assigned deliverables
Provide expert advice, information, reports, and presentations regarding Child Welfare domain, technical, and marketplace environment to the client s executive management
Provide executive level presentations
Participate as a data Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CCWIS implementations
Mentor State team members where applicable
Prepare and obtain approval on assigned deliverables
Document and present the methodology for conducting a Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis
Perform a Needs Assessment to identify the current and future State needs, the existing systems ability to meet the current needs
Develop a Gap Analysis Report
Assist the client in conducting a review of the current systems.
Create a description of the current system and its technology environment, including an analysis of technological platform(s) and architecture
Work with the team to document the current business needs and functions of the State as well as projecting future business needs
Document deficiencies in existing system(s)
Solicit and report on information on potential options for a CCWIS system



Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years Technical Systems experience with Child Welfare systems
Minimum of 3 years experience with legacy SACWIS systems
Minimum of 5 years Child Welfare domain, technical, and marketplace expertise
Experience developing and presenting reports and findings to executive staff



Preferred Qualifications

Proven SACWIS/CCWIS Knowledge and related industry knowledge
Ability to analyze and resolve difficult logic and processing issues
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write meaningful reports and plans
Ability to communicate difficult concepts to technical and non-technical staff
Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately in written and verbal English
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under strict timelines
Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible can-do attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success
