Job Description:

A company is looking for an Indiana Licensed Telehealth Substance Use Disorder Counselor.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessments and monitor clinical progress of individuals in the recovery program
Lead group therapy sessions and provide one-on-one counseling to support recovery
Document member progress, participate in discharge decisions, and engage in clinical supervision

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Licensure or certification as LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC in Illinois
Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting
Passion for helping others in their recovery journey
High comfort level with technology and EMR systems
