Job Description
This position advocates and works primarily with unable-to-work families from every station in life, and sometimes dire economic backdrops, to ease them through transitions, hardships, and mentally tough times. This person assists families in finding the proper opportunities to get the resources or supplements they need to obtain or sustain stabilization. This person will also be the link between people identifying and obtaining their needs. This position involves interviewing, counseling, information and referrals, developing and maintaining case files and the case management, and other related activities in providing services to eligible applicants under the various programs provided by the Agency.

Qualifications
Required: A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, good writing and documentation skills, and computer experience. Able to handle pressure; maintains confidentiality and objectivity; proactive; demonstrates organization, planning, reporting skills, persistence, listening, verbal communication, and building client relationships.

Must pass Criminal Background and Child Abuse Central Registry checks. Must meet state health requirements.
