Job Description:

A company is looking for a Contact Center and Unified Communications Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support the Five9 CCaaS platform, managing omnichannel communications and integrations with Salesforce
Develop and maintain IVR scripts, call flows, and routing strategies
Monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide technical support for Five9, Teams Voice, and Salesforce

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering and supporting Five9 CCaaS or similar contact center platforms
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integration is highly desirable
Knowledge of contact center technologies and cloud-based solutions
Relevant certifications such as Five9 Certified Professional or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are a plus
