Job Description:

A company is looking for a Renewals Resident Retention Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Minimize resident turnover within assigned client portfolio
Increase resident satisfaction and retention through consistent, timely, and professional engagement
Send lease renewal offers with client-specified rental rates to all eligible residents

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of property management experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends on occasion
Ability to comfortably navigate new technology and proficiency in MS Office, Google Suites, and Slack
Bachelor's Degree preferred
