Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Balance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Review credit balances within Revenue Cycle
Analyze and process patient and insurance refunds
Generate overpayment letters to insurance carriers and review
overpayment requests
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience
Some Post High Education preferred
Healthcare Cash Posting, Registration, Medical Office, Insurance,
or billing background preferred
Must pass typing test of 35 words per minute and 10-key test of
10,000 KPM with > 95% accuracy
Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge and skills
