Job Description:

The purpose of this job is to file claim on all foreclosed loans, maintain follow-up until claim payments received, and submit supplemental claims as required, secure vacancy, property preservation, adhere to investor/guarantor and PMI guidelines for foreclosed properties.+ Adhere to all investor/guarantor and PMI timelines for f/c properties+ Secure vacancy, change locks, property preservation+ Secure extensions from investors+ File claims on foreclosed loans+ Follow file for claim payment and process funds as received+ Telephone calls to/from contractors and field reps. Process mail, emails, money, etc.+ Knowledge of default servicing, specifically with federally secured mortgage loans+ Knowledge of bankruptcy guidelines, loss mitigation alternatives, and foreclosure procedures+ Ability to organize and prioritize+ Excel and Word skills+ 10 key calculator+ Detail oriented+ Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, governmental agencies, contractors, and field services+ Two (2) year college education+ Two (2) years of Mortgage loan servicing experience, preferably in default areaID: 2023-16158 Job Grade: 7 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Working Hours (ie. 8-5 or 10-2): 8am - 5pm External Company Name: Trustmark National Bank External Company URL: www.trustmark.com Street: 201 Country Place Pkwy
