Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team Ability to work under severe time constraints. Must possess analytical and complex problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, human relations skills and time management skills. -Analyze current state of IT solutions and suggest improvements. Design IT solutions, including data structure and storage, user interface technologies, deployment, testing, security, and infrastructure considerations. Provide detailed documentation of proposed solutions. Work closely with project management team to plan and monitor activities related to IT projects Collaborate with the CIO and other IT Staff in developing and implementing strategic and technical plans for new technologies and IT initiatives, including but not limited to: migration from legacy systems, new software and hardware applications, and systems integration projects. Analyze current state of IT solutions and suggest improvements. Required Skills/Experience Must have at least 7 years of experience in each skill: Experience developing IT solutions for a diverse set of clients and technology platforms, including cloud infrastructure, with an understanding of the wide array of tools/services available in the public cloud offerings Experience in modern software engineering and modern design architecture Experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation and standard operating procedures Experience with and understanding of best practices in enterprise IT Functions: Application Development, Data Management, Infrastructure, Security and Project Management Experience leading, managing or coordinating the development of the overall technical vision for IT solutions in the context of enterprise IT functions.
