Job Description:

-Position OverviewThe summer internship is designed to introduce college student to the many components within the insurance brokerage world. Over a 8-week program, the intern will rotate through our various departments including Private Risk Services/Personal Lines, Bonds, Employee Group Benefits, Commercial Lines, Marketing and Claims. The intern will gain coverage knowledge in both Property & Casualty and Group Benefits, and learn about agency operations in a supportive, collaborative environment. -Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Learn the basic operations and roles of each departmentShadow staff from various departments on a rotating schedule Attend select client or carrier meetingsAssist with administrative and/or system tasks for each department -Special projects as assigned -Preferred Qualifications
