Job Description:
GovEase is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team at GovEase. This position is set up for individuals who are looking to advance their career and provide support to our customers and users allowing us to grow our business across the United States.

As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities include providing support to customers via calls, emails and live chats.

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming/outgoing customer calls, emails, and live chats
Log conversations and interactions through our support solution
Handle customer complaints and questions while providing solutions
Maintain in-depth knowledge of GovEase products and technologies

Job Requirements:
Proven support experience
Communication and presentation skills
Patience and ability to respond effectively to different customer situations
Familiar with ticketing systems, software, and practices.
Fluency in Spanish is a Plus

Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
