Working Solutions seeks results-driven independent contractors to support customers seeking sports league information. This is a remote, independent contractor role that provides customer service through phone. -At Working Solutions, we work with top national brands to humanize their customer experience. Once you have joined our network of remote customer care pros, you will have exclusive access to view all open contracts. When you are ready to apply, click "Apply Now" and complete your profile. You can find more information about our hiring process .OverviewWorking Solutions has an exciting contract with a nationwide youth sporting league offering youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for children ages 3-17. Independent contractors participating in this program will take incoming calls and support customers seeking sports league information. Contractors should be comfortable with sales and upselling of memberships, registrations, and products. -Schedule:

Flexible schedule opportunitiesAvailable anytime Monday through Friday between 8 am and 9 pm CST and Saturday between 7 am and 4 pm CST.Minimum 20 hours/week commitment -Compensation:

Earn up to $15 per productive hour (paid by the minute worked, up to 60 minutes per hour for the maximum rate)39-minute minimum guarantee

Personal computer (no tablet)Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPSWired internet connection (no wi-fi)Windows 10 operating systemValid antivirus software installed, running and up to dateUSB headset with microphone* -Work Environment Requirements:

Quiet, uninterrupted spaceOrganized desk areaProfessional appearance (if on camera) -We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. -Contractual Relationship: -The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
