Job Description:
Cisco Meraki is searching for a Compliance Administrator to join
our Hardware Engineering Operations team in San Francisco or to
work remotely. This person will be able to handle a wide range of
assignments and will be supported and encouraged to learn on the
job with a diverse compliance team! As we grow, it is essential to
have consistent communication between all corners of the Hardware
organization including with our Joint Design Manufacturers (JDMs)
overseas in Taiwan and external test labs. In order to be
successful, the Compliance Administrator will need to be confident
and self-reliant when working with others in the hardware
compliance group to ensure day-to-day activities are completed.
Some of these responsibilities include the uploading of engineering
test reports to both Cisco's Electronic Document Control System
(EDCS) and Meraki's G-drive, generating purchase requisitions, and
updating the SalesForce Country Matrix. What You'll Own As the
primary point-of-contact for all things relating to documentation,
you will partner closely with the Compliance team to issue purchase
orders for New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs
for product renewals. You will also be trained and given authority
to control the Compliance Team's Zendesk customer portal. For
program updates, you will manage and maintain the NPI quick-view
spreadsheet. Additionally, other duties may include, but are not
limited to the following: - You will be working with Meraki finance
and other partners from around the world on a wide variety of
requests
- Ongoing help in optimizing the compliance department's
information flow and organization
- Assist the greater Compliance team renewals as needed by working
with Cisco Corporate Compliance as well as 3rd party vendors to
maintain product certifications as needed Experience/Skills -
Microsoft Office proficiency
- General familiarity with document control
- Learn both Meraki and Cisco in-house crafted tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
