Job DescriptionService GreeterThe Service Greeter is responsible for greeting customers at the service drive, transporting customers and their vehicles, and maintaining the presentable state of the service drive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers as they enter the service drive
• Transport customer and customer vehicles to and from the dealership
• Take possession of customer vehicle to park until vehicle is serviced
• Drives vehicle to customer after service is completed
• Reposition vehicles on lot for best access
• Gather and empty trash
• Clean service drive by sweeping and/or mopping
• Other general maintenance of service driveQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • None necessary
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record as outlined by company policySkills:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work well with personnel and vendors
    • Ability to resolve problems
    • Active listening and speaking skills
    • Ability to prioritize and organize—time management skills
    • Operates all types of automobile including manual transmission (stick shift)
    • Flexible to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
