Top Job Located in Richland, MS Salary: $15.00-$20.00/hrRichland
company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team!
Their current clerk is going to be retiring. This position is full
time and temp-to-perm. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Payables
duties include: --- Match invoices to purchase orders or other
applicable documentation for verification prior to payment. ---
Research and reconcile discrepancies in invoices and purchase
orders. --- Route invoices within the company to obtain payment
approval. --- Code invoices and set up payment schedules. ---
Generate and prepare checks, which may require obtaining
signatures. --- Maintain accounts payable files. --- Update and
maintain vendor database and reconcile statementsThe company uses
ViewPoint and Proactis software. If you have experience with this
