Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
metal processing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team.
As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production
department supporting metal processing operations. The ideal
candidate will have attention to detail, strong mechanical
aptitude, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully
in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Forest,
MS Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Shift:
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Prepare
and configure metal processing machinery such as shears, presses,
rollers, and CNC equipment according to production specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
to ensure accurate setup. Select and install appropriate dies,
fixtures, and tooling for various production runs. Perform test
runs and make adjustments to optimize machine performance and
product quality. Monitor machine operation during production,
troubleshoot issues, and perform routine inspections and quality
checks on finished products. What's Needed? High school diploma or
equivalent; technical training or certification is preferred. At
least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or metal processing
environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision
measuring tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving
skills. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended
