Koch Foods, a pivotal leader in the poultry processing industry, is seeking a dedicated CDL Feed Haul Driver to join our logistics team. This role is vital for ensuring the timely and safe transportation of feed supplies to various facilities using commercial motor vehicles. Our drivers are essential in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supporting our commitment to provide high-quality poultry products. Safely operate a feed delivery truck within all DOT regulations and procedures. Load and unload feed at various company locations reliably and efficiently. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and vehicle maintenance reports to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Inspect vehicle before and after trips, noting any necessary repairs or maintenance. Communicate effectively with the logistics coordinator to confirm delivery schedules and report any delays or discrepancies. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to minimize risks in all operational activities. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the vehicle and equipment. Proven ability to operate a commercial vehicle Strong time management and communication skills Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and troubleshooting skills Competency in maintaining logs and records using digital tools Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Clean driving record DOT medical card Experience in handling large vehicles preferred
