Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Litigation Legal Assistant with business and/or corporate law
experience to support a dynamic legal team in Raleigh, North
Carolina. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal assistant
who is comfortable working across litigation matters while also
supporting corporate-related work. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years
of experience as a litigation legal assistant Experience supporting
business, corporate, or commercial matters strongly preferred
Familiarity with North Carolina state court procedures (federal
experience a plus) Strong drafting and document management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency
with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Ability
to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities: Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, and
correspondence Assist attorneys with business and corporate
documentation as needed Manage calendars, deadlines, and court
schedules Coordinate state and federal court filings Assist with
discovery, document production, and case organization Communicate
with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Maintain accurate and
