Manage all aspects of project delivery, from initial scoping through to successful closure, including timeline management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Identify, mitigate, and manage potential risks associated with project execution and client interactions. Ensure compliance with both local and international regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles. Leverage technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes across various operational landscapes. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, representing Securitas Inc. as a trusted leader in global security solutions. Strong project management skills, including proficiency in PM methodologies like Agile or PRINCE2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members across diverse cultural backgrounds.
