Job Description:
Securitas Inc., a pioneer in global security and protective
services, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Global
Clients division. This role demands a dynamic leader capable of
steering large-scale projects across international borders,
optimizing security protocols, and integrating innovative
solutions. The ideal candidate will spearhead projects designed to
enhance operational efficiency and enforce security measures that
protect assets and ensure peace of mind for businesses and
communities worldwide. Plan, execute, and finalize projects
according to strict deadlines and within budget, focusing on global
security needs. Coordinate the efforts of team members and
third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects
according to plan. Develop full-scale project plans and associated
communications documents. Effectively communicate project
expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear
fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis,
setting and managing project expectations with team members and
other stakeholders. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to
appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts
within the project team. Develop and deliver progress reports,
proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential
crises, and devise contingency plans. Strong leadership and
managerial skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal
abilities Expertise in project management applications like MS
Project Understanding of risk management practices and change
management techniques Adept in budget management and cost
containment Knowledge of the security industry's standards and
compliance requirements Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CPP
(Certified Protection Professional) preferred
