Securitas Inc., a renowned global leader in the security industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager for Global Clients to join our Project Management & Coordination team. This crucial role centers around developing, managing, and delivering comprehensive security solutions tailored to the unique needs of our international client base. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning project goals with client expectations, ensuring all security initiatives are robust, timely, and efficient. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality security solutions on time and within budget. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, budgets, and schedules. Communicate effectively with clients to identify their security needs and provide regular updates. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the seamless integration of technology and personnel in security projects. Assess project risks and issues, propose resolutions, and implement action plans. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international security regulations and standards. Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted security projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of industry-standard security technologies and protocols Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Protection Professional (CPP) is a plus
