This role is pivotal in managing extensive security projects that ensure the safety and security of our international clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging technology and human resources to deliver customized security solutions, fostering strong client relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of project management practices. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of security projects across global markets, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations. Manage cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables while maintaining strict budgets and schedules. Communicate effectively with clients to identify their security needs, set expectations, and report on project progress. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate innovative security technologies into client solutions. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans. Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp, Asana) Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage large-scale and multi-faceted projects Knowledge of the security industry and related technology trends PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required. Additional certifications in Agile or Lean methodologies preferred.
