Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter, responsible for
sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, closing
candidates, designing recruiting strategies, screening candidates,
and consulting with engineering leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Source a high volume of top talent through multiple channels
Partner closely with hiring managers, hiring teams, and members of
the recruiting team to ensure a stellar candidate experience
Design and implement recruiting strategies to find leaders in the
industry and onboard them
Required Qualifications:
Experience in technical recruiting in a fast-moving company
Ability to build robust sourcing pipelines and empower sourcers
Passion for diversity and building a diverse company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals
