For this role as an E-Learning Intern, you will:
Collaborate with---Renaissance Learning---stakeholders/subject
matter experts to---determine---target audience's
needs,---performance goals, and project timelines.------
Assist---with designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating
e-learning content---utilizing---Successive Approximation Model
(SAM)---methodology---for instructional design projects---
Create engaging learning activities and compelling content that
enhances retention and transfer---
Assist---with the development of digital assets that enhance the
learning process (audio, video, simulations---etc.)---
Insert---and configure---content---within a---Learning Management
System (LMS), applying properties accurately that---determine---how
the content is rendered.---------
Utilize the LMS to store course curriculum, capture program
registration, and run reports on attendee completion status---
Assist---with training evaluation and analysis of multiple levels
of training feedback including satisfaction, knowledge transfer,
behavior change and impact on business---
Keep current with trends, best practices,---new technologies, and
emerging innovations in the learning and development sphere and
implement solutions that develop talent---
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned at the
discretion of---UX/UI---leadership---
For this role as a E-Learning Intern, you should:
Have 1-2 years' experience with adult learning, instructional
design, professional development, curriculum development---
Be currently---enrolled in art, design, instructional design, or
related program at an accredited college or university, or a recent
graduate with a degree in---a related field.------
Have ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment---
Have ability to prioritize appropriately and adapt to change---
Have visual design skills and ability to storyboard---
Have experience working in screencast,---animation---and eLearning
development tools
Have ability---to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment, taking direction and feedback from team
members.---
Have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the
ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.---
Have strong communication---skills, with the ability to articulate
and present ideas clearly and effectively.---
Have passion for education and a deep understanding of how
illustrations can enhance the learning experience.---
Bonus Points:
Experience working in a Learning Management System---
Proficiency with Adobe Captivate, After Effects, and/or
Premiere
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint

Wage: $25/hour, 40 hours a week, for approximately 10 weeks.
