**JOB SUMMARY**
We are seeking an outstanding engineering talent with the
experience to lead the design, solutioning and delivery of
large-scale enterprise applications. The candidate should be
product focused and deeply passionate about solving complex
problems.
Candidate must have the ability to communicate upward to superiors
and laterally to other departments, keeping the organization at
large in sync and making sure that their team continues to deliver
results. Demonstrated the ability to monitor multiple projects to
successful completion, maintaining scope within the time and budget
constraints. Capable of creating solutions that serve the business
needs by leveraging leading edge technologies in an innovative and
impactful manner.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
**Required:**
+ 7+ years experience in software development with experience in
Java/JEE, Play, Akka, Scala application development.
+ 5+ years experience in Microservices development
+ 3+ years experience with ReactJS or NodeJS or a similar JS
framework.
+ 5+ years hands-on experience with application development
tools
+ 3+ years experience developing data applications and applications
on AWS
+ Strong experience with SQL and NOSQL databases (DB2 and Couchbase
preferred)
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
+ Strong technical leader with proven ability to lead Service
Provider technical resources
+ Strong communication skills
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification
**Preferred:**
+ Graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering
+ Experience using DevOps tools - Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker,
OpenShift or Kubernetes.
+ Experience working with Content management systems.
+ Experience in agile software methodologies
+ Experience with Endeca workbench, Dynatrace, splunk etc.
+ Technology leadership experience in a sourced environment

**Service Provider Management**
+ Validates that Service Providers develop and manage respective
aspects of a project plan, including schedules, deliverables, and
appropriate metrics.

+ Reviews estimates of work effort for client project provided by
Service Providers for accuracy

**California Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position
is $93,713.00 to $204,107.00 annually.
**Colorado Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is
$93,713.00 to $185,551.00 annually.
**New York City & Westchester County, NY Applicants Only:** The
salary range for this position is $113,393.00 to $204,107.00
annually.
**Washington Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position
is $93,713.00 to $204,107.00 annually. In addition to the annual
salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
Employees will accrue 0.4616 PTO balance for every hour worked and
eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
