The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for delivering features on Under Armour's e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate has a passion for collaboration with cross functional partners, can adapt to technology change and evolution, and is eager to find creative solutions to technical issues.**Note- This is a Remote role; we will consider candidates who are located anywhere in the United States.****Essential Duties & Responsibilities**+ Provides technical guidance to senior engineers and engineers contributing to Under Armour's e-commerce platform+ Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and QA Engineers to deliver rich and sustainable experiences for Under Armour's consumers+ Establishes and enforces code standards and architecture+ Builds prototypes for new initiatives and evolving business needs+ Assists in troubleshooting and discovery+ Maintains up to date best practices and standards+ Lead technical architecture and design for features implemented on the Commerce Platform, including performing code reviews and technical design reviews practices and standards**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**+ 7+ years experience with full stack web development+ High proficiency with source control including Git+ Proficiency with command line navigation+ Experience working within a service-oriented architecture+ Experience with site performance profiling and tuning+ 5+ years of e-commerce platform experience**Education And / Or Experience**+ BS in CS or 7+ years of comparable experience+ Familiarity with cutting-edge open-source libraries and experience contributing to projects of personal interest a plus+ Experience with SFCC/Hybris/Magento or any other E-commerce platform+ 5+ years of E-Commerce experience, including experience with some of the following systems: Content Management System (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Payment, Order Management System (OMS)**Other Requirements**+ Possible travel to regional offices, conferences, and training+ Return to Office Designation: Fully remote**Relocation**+ **This is a Remote role; we will consider candidates who are located anywhere in the United States.**+ No relocation provided\#LI-Remote**_At Under Armour, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
