Job Description Job Description Clinical Office Manager Raleigh, NC Full-Time | Hourly $38.00–$46.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Clinical Office Manager to oversee daily clinical and administrative operations in a high-volume outpatient medical imaging and interventional radiology environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support technologists, nurses, and clinical staff Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards Manage imaging and interventional radiology equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting Coordinate scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation Work closely with physicians and clinical leadership to improve patient experience and operational efficiency Maintain and monitor quality assurance programs Qualifications 3–5 years of healthcare management experience ARRT certification in good standing Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent healthcare leadership experience) Experience in radiology, imaging, or interventional radiology strongly preferred Familiarity with PACS and imaging systems is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $38.00–$46.00 per hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) and profit-sharing opportunities Paid time off and continuing education support Career growth and advancement opportunities Why Join Us This is an opportunity to lead a skilled clinical team in a growing, patient-focused medical imaging environment.
