Responsibilities:
Become knowledgeable about the business and highlight the impact of
quantum computers
Build relationships with hiring managers, prioritize needs, and
execute hiring plans
Source, screen, interview, and negotiate with top-tier
candidates
Qualifications:
8+ years of SG&A recruiting experience in Marketing, Product,
Sales, Legal, and Finance
Experience collaborating across different functions and managing
relationships at all levels
Proven innovation in sourcing and attracting diverse niche
talent
Long-term creation and curation of a solid pipeline of
applicants
Technical recruiting experience is a plus
