Job Description:

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with all HR functions. This requires administrative, and clerical support, ensuring the company is confident all HR functions are being completed, while also assisting employees with questions or problems which may involve several areas from benefits to a leave of absence. All tasks will need to be completed in an efficient and accurate manner.Responsibilities:

• Provides a high-quality level of employee support by answering requests and questions
• Maintain position requisitions to ensure appropriate department staffing levels
• Complete offer letters as well as other pre-employment processes
• Conduct orientation for non-driver personnel
• Maintenance of all job descriptions
• Complete E-Verify for non-driver new hires as well as maintain all original I-9 documents
• Assist with processing of terminations
• Communicate any employee concerns, issues, and potential investigations to the HR Director
• Processes mail
• Assists Sr. Recruiter as needed
• Ensures employee files are complete and current
• Maintain driver and non-driver files through HRIS system
• Assist with benefit questions and open enrollment
• Perform other duties as assigned by HR DirectorQualifications:
  • 2 + years of human resources experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Unquestionable integrity
