The Senior Manager, Business Human Resources develops and drives HR strategy for the Cleveland facility. This position is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of HR programs to support business needs in coordination with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Global Mfg. Operations HR. This role supports the Integrated Supply Chain, Quality and all other functions within the facility and drives continuous improvement mindset in the organization. This role is part of a team of over 100 HR professionals located in the US, Canada and Latin America, with a collaborative and partnership mindset. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Continually assesses the effectiveness of the organization's business model and organization dynamics and leads efforts to realign/refocus as needed Drives organization wide talent planning initiatives including profiling, assessment, calibration, development planning and succession planning Partners with the Plant Senior Leadership team to: Translate and ensure alignment to the vision, Drive change management initiatives and drive effective organizational alignment and processes to enable strong partnerships with key functions. Establish effective operating processes (i.e. prioritization, resource allocation processes) Investigate ER issues and identify trends to develop target solutions to improve engagement Provides executive coaching and development Drives an effective reward and recognition strategy that reinforces the Best Place to Work culture and behaviors. Develops and implements measurement systems to determine the impact of HR programs. Proactively communicates HR policies, programs and employee information Supervises and mentors HR team members. Assist in the Identification, development and review of business focused HR metrics. Measure the effectiveness of HR service delivery by developing and ensuring appropriate execution of Key Performance Indicators and other performance measures. Working knowledge of Country, Federal and State laws affecting the employment relationship. Qualifications: Strong leadership and influence skills, and the ability to drive change. Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with management team and to coach and influence decision making of senior leaders. Strong project management skills and results orientation. Demonstrated ability to help define, translate and execute on an organization's strategy Excellent communication and listening skills. Solid knowledge of HR strategies, practices and policies. Workday and HR systems experience Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus Flexibility to work on weekends and night when necessary Education and/or Experience: MBA or Master's degree in an HR discipline preferred. Should have at least 10 years of HR experience that includes at least 5 years of generalist experience. Health Care, R&D or High Technical equipment background preferred.
