Due to our expansive growth we are currently seeking an Southeast Regional HR Manager. Additional Compensation and Benefits: --- Affordable Medical, Dental and Vision plans --- 401K with 3% company match --- Short- and Long-Term Disability plans --- Accident & Critical Illness Insurance available --- 6 Paid Holidays each year --- Paid Time Off earn up to 3 weeks Under the direction of the Senior HR Director and SVP of Operations the successful incumbent will provide leadership, coaching and support to the operational leaders of the business from a human capital perspective, in order to assist with the achievement of operational goals and objectives while ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation. --- Participate in the development of implementation of programs and policies regarding talent acquisition, compensation, talent development and training, and employee retention. --- Provides coaching and support to operational leaders on human capital matter. --- Leads in the development and implementation of talent acquisition and company assimilation strategies necessary to ensure proper staffing for the achievement of operational goals and objectives. --- Leads in the development and implementation of effective compensation programs for reward of outstanding performance and employee retention. --- Assists in the evaluation and implementation of talent development programs. --- Ensures compliance with all internal and external HR regulations and policies. --- Provides oversight on all compensation, promotion, and talent acquisition activities to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and policies. --- Monitors site compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies. --- Determines and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promotes a high level of employee morale. --- Actively participates in the development and implementation of corporate-wide human resources policies and practices in relation to shared service model. --- Directs the process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and manpower forecasting throughout the region. --- Frequently will be required to handle confidential and sensitive information and must maintain that confidentiality. Minimum Qualifications: --- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or related field. --- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience. --- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. --- Must have strong analytical skills with solid business acumen. --- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary. --- Must have multi-facility, multi-state prior HR experience. --- Must be an effective collaborator and driver of change. --- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook --- Must be able to successfully multitask while meeting established timeframe guidelines. --- Must be well organized. --- Must be comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information --- Must be able to travel within the assigned region/division.
