Job Description HIRING FOR 2ND SHIFT WITH APPROXIMATE HOURS OF 3 PM TO 11 PM. /n /n - Lead, coach and train a team, providing professional development through ongoing coaching. /n - Safety is of the utmost importance; constantly promote safety throughout the work area and with your team. /n - Responsible for ensuring proper scheduling to run production area. /n - Motivate, train and help the team to optimize performance. /n - Ensure compliance with company policies, and our established food safety programs. /n - Optimize employee engagement through positive leadership. /n - All other relevant duties related to the job of a supervisor. /n /n - 2 year leadership and/or supervisory experience required. /n - Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or other related field of study preferred. /n - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. /n - Proficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills. /n - General knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP. /n - Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character. /n
