Job Description:
In this position you will be providing customersupport to
Utility and Industrial customers across the US, and other parts
ofthe world. You will be communicating with customers, the
purchasing team,contract administrators, and the warehouse daily.
Our key objectives are tooffer our customers world-class service
focusing on their needs for spareparts. Westrive to offer an
appropriate level of quality and ensure materials andservices are
delivered on schedule and in compliance with the customer's
specificationsand expectations. How You'll Make an Impact
(responsibilities)
- Working daily with customers providing solutions to
technicalproblems, troubleshooting, and identifying the appropriate
parts needed forreplacement.
- Coordinateall proposal activities for Siemens Energy GT Service
parts with a focus onTransformer, Voltage Regulator, and HV
Breakers.
- Communicatingdaily with different team members to provide
customer support.
- Coordinate activities during the preparation of quotedocuments
describing the technical, financial, and legal aspect of the
partsquote.
- What You Bring (requirements)
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal
communicationskills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word,
Excel,Outlook).
- Associates Degree and 6 - 9 years of experience or at least10
years of experience in the electrical field without the
degree.
- Ability to set and manage customer priorities in a
timelymanner.
- SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, flexible and highly motivated with a
strongwork ethic and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task effectively across various functionsand
departments
- As a federalcontractor, Siemens Energy continues to monitor
federal and state legalguidelines regarding the COVID-19 vaccine

while the issue isaddressed by the courts. SEI will monitor the
