Job Description This group of five Board-Certified OB/GYN physicians is adding another full-time OB/GYN physician to their thriving, patient-centered team in the Jackson, Mississippi area. As a well-established practice with a mission of “Healthcare for Women by Women,” they are proud to provide comprehensive care across all stages of life, including obstetrics and gynecology, robotic surgery, menopause management, and wellness services. Practice Highlights: - You will have a four-day workweek and a 1:10 call schedule (shared call with another group) - Physician-led and all-Partner group (Partnership after 2 years) - Dedicated half-day OR block each week, plus access to 3 da Vinci robots and weekly time available at the surgery center. - Generous guaranteed salary incentive bonuses and signing bonus - Supportive environment with surgical and clinical mentorship; new graduates and experienced physicians are welcome. - Your tail will be covered if you ever need to leave the practice - Post-call day off work, great work/personal life balance About Jackson, Mississippi: Good old-fashioned Southern hospitality combined with a rich history makes the capital of Mississippi a great place to live, work, and play.
