Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong clinical skills in a MedSurg setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Mississippi or a compact state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
