and document accurately in the EMR - Administer medications,
monitor patient responses, and escalate changes in condition to
physicians and charge nurses - Collaborate with physicians, charge
nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient
outcomes - Provide patient and family education on diagnoses,
medications, post-discharge care, and follow-up instructions -
Maintain compliance with safety standards, infection prevention
