Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention or provide case management. Monitoring patient health
and recording signs. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests;
assisting with patient follow-up and rehabilitation. Guide and
support healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient care.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) software. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities. Efficient in time management and able
to multitask effectively. Technical skills including IV insertion,
phlebotomy, and wound care management. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred.
