Wayne General Hospital is hiring a Day Shift ED Registration Clerk to support fast, accurate patient check-in and outstanding customer service. What Youll Do: Greet and register ED patients quickly and accurately Verify insurance and collect co-pays Answer phones and route calls appropriately Protect patient privacy (HIPAA compliant) Work closely with clinical staff to keep patient flow moving What Were Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Medical registration or front-office experience preferred Insurance verification & EHR experience (Cerner a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced ED environment Bilingual a plus Make a difference where it matters mostapply today to join the Wayne General Hospital team.
