The ER RN will provide high-quality care to patients with urgent and emergent medical needs, including assessment, triage, treatment, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong critical-thinking skills, and deliver excellent patient care. Schedule: 6 consecutive night shifts followed by 8 days off. Responsibilities: Perform patient triage and assessments in the ER Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient status and progress Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team Provide compassionate support to patients and families Qualifications: Current RN license (state of [insert state]) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or ability to obtain) Previous ER or critical care experience preferred
