Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This position is a contract
opportunity located in Madison, MS, within a school setting. The
role requires experience in physical therapy with skills relevant
to school-based therapy services. Responsibilities include: -
Providing physical therapy services to students in accordance with
individualized education plans (IEPs) and school guidelines -
Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
to support student progress - Conducting assessments and
evaluations to determine therapy needs - Documenting therapy
sessions and maintaining accurate records - Participating in
meetings and professional development activities as required
Qualifications: - Valid state licensure as a physical therapist -
Previous experience working in school settings preferred -
Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy techniques and
developmental milestones - Strong communication and interpersonal
skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
