includes 24-hour shifts with clinic coverage from 8:00 am to 5:00
pm, with on-call duty for the entire shift. Required procedures
include OB, emergency GYN cases, and first assist. The facility
averages 1,620 deliveries per year, with 1-4 deliveries and 5-8
patient visits per day. Support staff includes a first assist, and
