Practice Setting: Pediatric clinic connected to the OB clinic for
easy newborn transitions - Ideal Work Environment: NP support,
outpatient position w/ newborn nursey opportunity - Favorable Call
Schedule: Pediatric Hospitalist available (every other week) low
call requirement/month Worst Case Scenario 1: call/night during flu
season! (while on call shift) - Culture & Support: Join a team of 4
Pediatricians and 2 APRN's. Variety of specialists in the hospital
for easy referrals. - Make an Impact: Serve the pediatric
population in an area of need - be a pillar in the community -
currently the only pediatric practice for this facility! Unlimited
patients / be as busy as you would like to be! Compensation &
Benefits: - Competitive Compensation: Base plus RVU - Current
Pediatricians making $440k per year - Additional Bonus Incentives:
Ability to make an additional 190k per year through production -
