Job Description:

Major Duties/Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Uses assessment skills to examine patients thoroughly using appropriate clinical, laboratory and other pertinent data. Initiates appropriate and timely treatment. Acts quickly in recognizing emergency situations and taking timely necessary action. Promptly and completely reports physical examinations and changes in patient status. Accurately interprets and evaluates clinical data for the purpose of determining diagnosis and clinical status. Demonstrates ability to plan, organize, and coordinate the administrative, clinical, or educational programs. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm Preferred Experience: Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. 3 or more years of experience in a Primary Care Setting. Prior experience in the hospital, emergency or trauma setting. EDRP Authorized: Pay: $245,000 - $275,000 Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME) CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification) Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage provided Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting
