Primary Responsibilities Conduct culturally sensitive,
strength-based evaluations for new clients and families, fostering
a welcoming atmosphere for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Deliver customized outpatient therapy for individuals and families,
addressing the specific needs and situations of each client to
promote healing and resilience. Create detailed crisis plans,
safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans
to support clients in maintaining stability and empowerment in
their mental health journeys. Engage in case consultations, agency
meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your insights to
improve client care. Ensure timely completion of billing,
documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance
authorization forms, adhering to the highest professional
standards. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners,
dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide
a comprehensive approach to mental health care. Qualifications Hold
a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family
Therapy, or a related discipline. Possess a provisional license if
required by state regulations. Educational background that leads to
or has resulted in professional licensure. Demonstrate a passion
for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

this position is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit. Actual
