Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/24/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Must be RN Case manager with at least 2 years Acute Care Management experience in discharge planning experience. Experience must include at least 6 mos at a level 1 or large academic Medical Center hospital working with a variety of inpatient units for medical discharge EPIC CHARTING experience is REQUIRED 5x8hr shifts non-negotiable Case load/ patients per day/consults per day 15-20 EMR - Will use naviHealth to send referrals and plan to switch to EPIC Care Management over the next year) Do you require InterQual criteria or Milliman experience - No, but need to have general understanding of discharge readiness Infojini Healthcare I Job ID 987407.
