Case Management for a travel nursing job in Jackson, Mississippi.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management -
Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8
hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Flu vaccine required- only
medical exemption allowed & requires documented evidence
Fingerprint requirement- remote process must allow 10 days, in
person can be done at Jackson or Grenada campus the week prior to
start - Must have 2 years Case Manager RN experience in Acute Care
with experience in discharge planning - Experience must include at
least 6 months at a Level 2 or large academic Medical Center - Epic
experience required - BLS Must be RN Case manager with at least 2
years Acute Care Management experience in discharge planning
experience; BLS/n50 mile radius rule for travelers/nmust have epic
