Your Role As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), you’ll be at the heart of the TrustCare Kids experience, working side by side with our talented pediatricians and staff to deliver care that makes a true difference. With your expertise and warmth, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment for children and families we serve. What You'll Do - Provide preventative and general care to protect and support long-term health for children. - Diagnose and treat a variety of acute conditions with precision and empathy. - Perform wellness exams that prioritize growth, development, and health education. - Order and analyze lab and imaging tests to support accurate diagnoses. - Prescribe medications tailored to individual needs while ensuring clear communication with patients and families. - Conduct sports and camp physicals that help kids stay active and safe. - Design personalized treatment plans that reflect our commitment to high standards in patient care. - Collaborate closely with your team to evaluate practices, share insights, and ensure we’re always delivering our very best. - Empower patients and their families with the knowledge they need to manage their health and wellness. - Promote teamwork across the clinic, always striving for innovation and excellence in care delivery. - Pitch in on other tasks as needed, because at TrustCare Kids, we’re all about teamwork! Qualifications to Shine - Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure with a specialty in Family Medicine. - Clinical or Emergency Room experience is a big plus—we value real-world expertise! - Proven ability to solve complex medical challenges while keeping patient care at the center. - Comfortable and confident working independently when needed.
